IT do not have any control over your Apple ID, however resetting your password is quite straight forward.
- Visit: https://iforgot.apple.com
- Enter Your Apple ID
You will then need to answer all the questions asked. You may need your mobile phone handy.
After you have successfully answered the questions Apple has asked, they will send you a reset password link via email (or Mobile).
Follow the instructions in the email.
Important
If you have forgotten how to log into your email address, you will have to find the reset password feature for your email account. If it is the school email account, please see IT - we can help you.
